Bio

If you're here because you've experienced the death of someone you love, are caring for someone with a serious illness, or feel like life has changed in ways you never expected, I want you to know you don't have to carry it alone.

Grief has a way of changing everything. It can leave us feeling overwhelmed, isolated, anxious, angry, or uncertain about who we are now. Whether your loss is recent or years old, your experience deserves space, compassion, and support.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in authenticity. I believe every person possesses resilience, even during life's darkest seasons. Together, we'll work at your pace, honoring your story while exploring practical tools to help you navigate grief, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm.

My clinical passion is supporting adults experiencing grief and bereavement, anticipatory grief, caregiver stress, chronic illness, end-of-life concerns, major life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My priority is to create a warm, welcoming, and affirming environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences with authenticity. I proudly provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Wayne State University in my hometown of Detroit, Michigan, and am licensed to practice in Minnesota. My previous work as a Hospice Medical Social Worker profoundly shaped who I am as a therapist. Walking alongside patients and families through serious illness, end-of-life care, and bereavement gave me firsthand experience during some of life's most vulnerable moments. That foundation continues to guide my work as I help individuals navigate grief, honor their loved ones, and discover hope and meaning after loss.

Wherever you are in your journey, you don't have to navigate it alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you
