My name is Lindsay Matti. I am licensed in Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Clinical Supervisor. I am also licensed in Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior and Master of Social Work degree from The College of St. Scholastica. I am also a Certified Complex Trauma Professional and Yoga Instructor.
I work with adults of all ages, providing individual and couples therapy since 2016. I use a variety of evidenced based behavioral, trauma focused, mind-body, relational, and attachment therapeutic methods to best support your individual needs.
I have experience in treating a variety of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, and life stressors. In addition to the clinical approaches listed below, I utilize various tools to help heal from complex trauma.

EMDR- Trauma Treatment
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and recover from traumatic experiences. It involves the use of guided eye movements, which are believed to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional impact and helping individuals develop healthier coping mechanisms.
